It feels like the summer has finally arrived!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last week, I found a nice shoulder bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I always choose a bag that is convenient to use, but this time I\u2019ve decided to challenge myself to choose something that will \u201cmake me happy\u201d

Couple days after I started to use this my favourite bag, my shoulder started to feel sore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


At the beginning, I tried to ignore the soreness that might have come from the new bag, but I couldn\u2019t think of any other reason\u2026too bad.

It reminds me that
Cute shoes are usually hard to walk,
Cute clothes does not usually absorb sweat well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


People usually try to ignore the reality.
Some people believe that we cannot avoid enjoying fashions without pain.
It\u2019s OK if we don\u2019t get any sever problem from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the problem with my new bag,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started listening to what my body says.
It says that this bag makes me tired, it\u2019s too heavy, hard to carry and walk long distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


How about my heart?
I definitely want to use this bag.
It makes me happy, and I really like it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Use this bag only when I don’t have to walk long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Buy a new comfortable bag<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are many people who has body aches, tightness, sore at the shoulders, neck, all back, down to the knee, even the sole of the foot, and heels.
What can you do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-You can start taking some kind of treatment to heal the pain
-Exercising is an important thing that you can do by yourself<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, are you aware of what you wear, and the stuff you use in your everyday life?
Don\u2019t you think it\u2019s easier to avoid before it happens?

It\u2019s OK to start caring about your body after you feel pain, but it\u2019s much easier to start before it becomes a big problem.

Learning about koji and taking koji fermentation class means, not only about the ways we can make koji, but it\u2019s also about learning yourself, how to take care of your body, how to have a proper lifestyle, and learning about your cultural background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
