菩提酛ご存知ですか？
室町時代から続く、日本酒の原酒を作る方法です。

Koji Flower-The Koji Academy-でのオンラインクラスはこのように進みます。

ーグループーページを教科書のように使う。
ーチャットでみんなと繋がる。
ー皆で情報交換をしながら材料と道具を調達し、作ってみる

まずは皆でそやし水を作って、
その後Zoomレクチャー。

その間チャットで繋がりながら状況報告やアドバイスをしていきます。

一人一人の工程が全部見えて、
作っている時のドキドキやわくわく、
不安な気持ちや心配な所も見え隠れしながら、自分を励まし、

そして完成したときの感動～といったら♪
完成した感動までを共感できるのも、会の醍醐味だと思っています。

好きな時に好きなだけ取り組めるのもオンラインの良い所。
そして講習会でみんなの目があるから、自分ひとりだとさぼっちゃう所もちゃんとやろうとする。（←これ大事よね）
予定されている日程で進めなくても、後から追えるしね。

 

また、オンラインだと、
おせっかいな私から

 

アドバイスも出来るし、
ツッコミも出来るし、
はげませるし、
喝も出せる。

 

 

会の間は、なかなか楽しい期間となっています。

 

オンラインでありながらも、リアルに繋がっている感はたっぷり。

皆でいるんだけど、活動は個人。
一人で黙々と向き合う事も出来れば、
皆で励ましあう事も出来る。

 

我ながら、素晴らしい場所になっているな～と、このオンライン時代に感心しきりです。

 

今回はどんなものが飛び出すでしょうか。
菩提酛は一番ブレの多い、予測不可能な会になる気配しかありません（爆

でも、だから楽しくて、
そして考えさせられる。
ふかーいねぇ～とため息出ます。

Have you ever heard of Bodaimoto ?
It’s a method of making sake that has been practiced since about 500 years ago in Japan.

Let me tell you a little bit about how the online class runs at Koji Flower – The Koji Academy –

-Use the Facebook group page as a textbook.
-Connect with others via chat.
-Participants exchange information while we try to make it.
-Zoom lecture in the middle of the whole process.

After that, we will connect via chat and give status reports and advice.

We share the whole process of each person.
We share the excitement and thrill of the making process.
We share their anxiety and worries.

At the end of the process, we are always impressed with our work!

I wonder what will pop up this time.
Bodaimoto class may be the most unstable class to succeed.

But that’s why it’s fun.

And it makes us deeply think, “Why?”

It will be recorded, so don’t worry if you can’t attend on that day.
It will take about two weeks to a month to grow Sake.
