春から始めたオンライン味醂講習会、各自自分のキッチンで作ってもらった味醂を秋になり絞り、いよいよ9月8日に絞った味醂を持ち寄ってのレクチャーの会wを開きます。
An online mirin workshop started in the spring, will held the lectures on Sep. 8, 2019 to the end of this online workshop.
Everyone will bring their own mirin which they made by themselves to the lectures and we will try to taste everything.
Also, I will provide some mirin and mirin Lees dishes at the workshop!
